With the rapid development of science and technology and acceleration of product updating and upgrading, Yufu Group has successfully minimized total cost in reverse supply chain management and maximized the economic return through the global 5R service, including Collection, SORT AND WEIGHT，TESTING，DATA SANITIZATION，Repair, Refurbish and Upcycle，Reuse ，Dismantling and Material Recovery，Recycling.


We can provide product functioning test, repair and maintenance, data destruction and reuse services. With respect to reusable products, Yufu Group will develop close cooperation with customers through its global remarketing teams and global post market service channels to ensure optimal value return of assets to customers. With respect to non-reusable products, Yufu Group will provide dismantling and sorting, and put those reusable parts and components into industry chain for recycle, achieving optimal reuse of the parts and components. 


5R Process

We can collect all materials from your business. Our team is R2 trained and fully insured. We offer a one-stop service. We offer palletizing and packaging services as required. Sensitive components (such as those in a data center) are carefully disassembled to ensure complete data security. All items are packed, secured and delivered directly to our facility. Our national shipping partners offer the same service nationwide.

We sort all of your recycling materials at our facility and provide you with a full breakdown of the materials that have been collected. We track your materials using our self-developed Production Management System (IMS), providing 100% information transparency from the time the material enters our facility to its final destination.

YUFU use specialized software for device testing，It can be automatically generated detection reports and print labels for traceability. 

YUFU use specialized software to ERASE any data in devices. Data is completely erased using a 4-step process that meet NIST 800-88, GDPR, R2 etc standards. Protecting your data is our first priority. We provide serialized data-wipe certification upon request.

YUFU use the elimination method is to precisely compress and deform only the specific recording part of the hard disk on a dedicated machine, destroy the recording magnetic layer, drill holes, shredding the HDD/SSD Therefore, it cannot be read or reused.

State-of-the-art procedures for repair and refurbishment extend the lifecycle of electronic devices, reducing electronic waste and ensuring products meet rigorous quality standards before reintroduction.

YUFU also is working closely with the downstream to recycle plastics, paper etc.
